研究目的

研究成果
89Zr-Df-YY146 PET显像能有效勾画CD146阳性黑色素瘤边界，而IR700-YY146光免疫疗法通过诱导活性氧生成、降低葡萄糖代谢及减少CD146表达，对治疗小型CD146阳性黑色素瘤展现出潜力。这对诊疗组合经优化和转化后，有望完善黑色素瘤的临床管理。
研究不足
由于深层组织中光穿透有限，较大肿瘤的治疗效果并不理想。该研究是在临床前小鼠模型中进行的，临床转化需要进一步优化，包括重复治疗和联合疗法，以克服晚期黑色素瘤的局限性。
