研究目的
研究新型基于铂(II)的光敏剂用于光动力治疗(PDT)，这类光敏剂可能副作用更少且作用机制不同，既能规避对铂(II)类化疗药物的耐药性，又能克服现有有机PDT试剂的缺陷。
研究成果
合成的Pt(II)席夫碱配合物展现出强可见光吸收、高磷光发射及高效单线态氧生成能力，使其成为光动力治疗(PDT)的有效光敏剂。这些配合物在暗态下无毒性，但在绿光照射时表现出显著的光细胞毒性，其作用靶点为线粒体和溶酶体而非细胞核，有望克服传统铂类药物的耐药机制。该类配合物作为抗癌治疗中的诊疗剂具有良好应用前景。
研究不足
该研究仅限于使用A549肺癌细胞进行的体外实验，未评估体内疗效和毒性。部分衍生物（如Pt7-Pt9）在细胞内显示出较弱的磷光，这可能限制其成像应用。潜在的优化方向包括提高溶解度、增强细胞环境中的磷光强度，以及将研究扩展至其他癌细胞系和动物模型。

本研究合成了九种具有不同取代基的Pt(II)席夫碱配合物（Pt1-Pt9）以探究构效关系。方法包括合成、表征（核磁共振、紫外-可见光谱、质谱、元素分析、X射线晶体学）、光物理与光化学性质测定（磷光光谱、单线态氧量子产率测定、循环伏安法）及生物学实验（细胞培养、细胞毒性、细胞成像）。

5：数据分析方法：
使用MestReC、TOPSPIN、UV Winlab、OriginPro 2016等软件处理数据。对IC50值进行统计分析，并将量子产率与电化学电位与标准值比较。
