4:Experimental Procedures and Operational Workflow:
The SnO2-PVA film was sandwiched between two fiber ferrules in the laser cavity. The laser was pumped by a 980-nm laser diode, and wavelength tuning was achieved using a tunable bandpass filter.
5:Data Analysis Methods:
The output spectrum, optical pulse, optical power, and radio frequency (RF) spectrum were monitored and analyzed.
