1：Experimental Design and Method Selection:
Immune cells were loaded with plasmonic gold nanostars (GNS) tracking probes. Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was used for quantitative gold mass measurement and two-photon photoluminescence (TPL) was used for high-resolution sensitive optical imaging.
2：Sample Selection and Data Sources:
Bone marrow-derived myeloid cells, including bone marrow-derived dendritic cells (BMDC), MDSC, and bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMDM), were generated from C57BL/6J mice.
3：List of Experimental Equipment and Materials:
Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Cary 6000i UV-Vis-NIR spectrometer, Nanosight 500, 7900 ICP-MS.
4：Experimental Procedures and Operational Workflow:
Cells were incubated with GNS nanoparticles, washed, and then analyzed for vitality and GNS uptake. In vivo studies involved injecting GNS-loaded macrophage cells into tumor-bearing mice and analyzing biodistribution.
5：Data Analysis Methods:
ICP-MS for quantitative gold mass measurement and TPL for high-resolution imaging.
