1:Experimental Design and Method Selection:
The phosphor powders of Li2Ca2-xMg2Si2N6:xEu2+ were prepared with the conventional high-temperature solid-state reaction using Ca3N2, Mg3N2, Si3N4, Li3N, and Eu2O3 as raw materials. The mixtures were fired at 1000 °C for 12 hours in a tube furnace under a reducing atmosphere (95% N2/5% H2).
