The multijunctions solar cell (InGaP / GaAs) with tunnel hetro-junction (InGaP / GaAs) shows better performance than the multijunctions solar cell (InGaP / GaAs) with tunnel hetro-junction (GaAs / GaAs), achieving a higher conversion efficiency of 24.2343% under AM1.5 conditions.
