研究目的
To evaluate the energy yield of 18.48 kWp photovoltaic systems at the Itaperuna campus of the Federal Fluminense Institute, located in the state of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
研究成果
The scenario that showed the highest power generation was the IV with the modules pointed to the north and having a slope of 21o. However, scenario III, which does not require building adjustments, is the most suitable one to be installed on top of the buildings at Itaperuna Federal Fluminense Institute campus due to its lower cost and slightly lower efficiency compared to scenario IV.
研究不足
The study is limited to the specific geographic and architectural conditions of the Itaperuna Federal Fluminense Institute campus. The simulations were conducted using a test version of PVSyst software, which may not account for all real-world variables.
1:Experimental Design and Method Selection:
The simulations were conducted on the PVSyst software (test version), considering the azimuthal positions of the buildings, the slope of the roof, and the geographic location.
2:Sample Selection and Data Sources:
Two buildings from the Itaperuna Federal Fluminense Institute campus were selected.
3:List of Experimental Equipment and Materials:
The system chosen has a nominal power of
4:48 kWp and 60 photovoltaic modules, each module having a nominal power equals to 330 Wp. The inverter used in the simulations was the model Symo 0-3/208 from Fronius. Experimental Procedures and Operational Workflow:
The simulations calculated the amount of electric energy generated in each scenario. The calculation of shading losses was done by using the near-shadings tool found in the software.
5:Data Analysis Methods:
The amount of electric energy produced in a year, the Performance Ratio (PR) and the overall irradiation incident on the modules were analyzed for each scenario.
