1:Experimental Design and Method Selection:
The study employed a femtosecond-LDW (fsLDW) system with a Yb-doped fiber laser to photo-reduce and scribe desired interdigital rGO patterns. Parameters included a wavelength of 1030 nm, pulse duration of 220 fs, scan speed of 125 mm s?1, and average power of 330 mW.
