研究目的
To develop high efficiency flexible planar perovskite solar cells (PSCs) based on low-temperature processed TiO2 and guanidinium iodide (GuaI) salt passivation treatment of the perovskite film.
研究成果
High efficiency flexible planar PSCs were achieved using low-temperature processed TiO2 and GuaI passivation, with PCEs up to 19.8% on glass and 17.0% on PEN substrates. Large area devices also showed promising efficiencies.
研究不足
The main efficiency limitation in scaling the PSCs up is the FF reduction, ascribable to the high TCO resistances.
1:Experimental Design and Method Selection
Low-temperature nonaqueous sol-gel route for TiO2 nanoparticles synthesis and GuaI passivation treatment of perovskite films.
2:Sample Selection and Data Sources
Rigid and flexible substrates (glass and PEN) were used. Perovskite films were prepared with triple-cation (Cs0.05(MA0.17FA0.83)0.95Pb(I0.85Br0.15)3) and double-cation (FA0.85Cs0.15Pb(I0.7Br0.3)3) compositions.
3:List of Experimental Equipment and Materials
TiO2 nanoparticles, TiCl4, PCBM, Spiro-OMeTAD, Au electrode, FTO glass, ITO/PEN substrates.
4:Experimental Procedures and Operational Workflow
TiO2 films were spin-coated and annealed at 150 oC. Perovskite films were treated with GuaI and annealed. Devices were fabricated with a layered architecture and characterized.
5:Data Analysis Methods
XRD, SEM, XPS, UV-vis absorption, PL, TRPL, J-V curves, IPCE, EIS.
