研究目的
The main objective of the present study is to identify the failure mechanism and failure mode of solar PV modules and their impact on degradation in operating conditions.
研究成果
The study concludes that power output degradation in PV modules is higher at the initial stage of outdoor exposure, decreasing by 0.014% per year over time. Hot spot and de-lamination are identified as critical failure modes related to safety issues, with lower RPN values (<50). EVA discoloration is a common defect across all studies, indicating a need for material quality improvement.
研究不足
The study is limited to crystalline silicon (c-Si) technologies and does not extensively cover other PV technologies. The RPN analysis is based on severity and occurrence rankings, which may not fully capture the complexity of all failure modes.
