研究目的
Investigating the preparation and properties of graphene/polyphenylene sulfide composites for tailorable negative permittivity media.
研究成果
Graphene/PPS composites can be tailored to exhibit negative permittivity properties through the plasmonic oscillations of free electrons in graphene networks. These properties can be easily adjusted by varying the graphene content, making the composites promising candidates for various electromagnetic applications.
研究不足
The study focuses on the radio frequency region and may not cover other frequency ranges. The practical applications of these composites in electromagnetic shielding and other fields require further investigation.
1:Experimental Design and Method Selection:
Graphene/PPS composites were prepared by hot pressing at 180°C under a pressure of 20 MPa. Dielectric properties were measured with a precise impedance analyzer from 10 MHz to 1 GHz.
2:Sample Selection and Data Sources:
PPS powders and graphene were mixed homogeneously with the help of ultrasound dispersion. The content of graphene varied from 0 to 20 wt%.
3:List of Experimental Equipment and Materials:
PPS (Ticona) and graphene (JCNANO Tech Co., Ltd) were used. Equipment included a hot press, precise impedance analyzer (E4991A, Agilent), and scanning electron microscope (SU-70, Hitachi).
4:Experimental Procedures and Operational Workflow:
Samples were prepared by hot pressing, and their dielectric properties and microstructure were analyzed.
5:Data Analysis Methods:
Conductivity and permittivity were analyzed using percolation theory and Drude model.
