研究目的
Investigating the use of advanced green and infrared pulsed fiber lasers for high-quality ITO patterning to meet the demand for narrow touch sensor borders with high throughput and quality.
研究成果
The study demonstrated that nanosecond IR and green pulsed fiber lasers with high peak power and frequency capabilities, excellent beam quality, and fast switching ON/OFF times can achieve high-quality ITO patterning with line widths down to 10?m. The IR laser is a robust, cost-effective solution for scribing lines with widths between 15-25?m, while the green laser is preferred for achieving the 10?m width target.
研究不足
The study focuses on the use of specific fiber lasers and may not cover all possible laser types or substrates for ITO patterning. The scalability and cost-effectiveness for large-scale production were not extensively discussed.
