The designed adaptive extended Kalman-like observer effectively estimates the PV system variables and parameters, compensating for uncertainties in cable resistance and inductance. The observer's convergence is guaranteed, offering a reliable solution for MPPT control inaccuracies caused by unknown and uncertain PV cable parameters.

The study is limited to simulation validation and does not include experimental validation. The performance of the observer is dependent on the selection of parameters ρξ and ρθ, which requires trial-and-error adjustment.
