研究目的
To establish a rapid indicator of mercury in soil using Artemisia lavandulaefolia DC. (ALDC) by combining Fourier-transform near-infrared (FT-NIR) spectroscopy with least squares support vector machine (LS-SVM) for distinguishing mercury-contaminated and ordinary soil.
研究成果
The study successfully established a rapid and accurate method for identifying mercury-contaminated soil using ALDC and FT-NIR spectroscopy coupled with LS-SVM. This method is more objective and sensitive compared to traditional naked eye observation.
研究不足
The study is limited to the use of ALDC as an indicator plant and may not be applicable to other plants or regions with different geographical and climatic conditions. The method requires specific equipment and technical expertise.
