The theoretical investigation demonstrates a considerable enhancement in the optical absorption of the blends with Ag NPs, resulting in the power conversion efficiency improvement of the devices up to 65.6% in comparison with the reference blends. The enhancements of EQE and absorption coefficient are well-correlated spectrally, justifying the LSPR role of the Ag NPs in the development of high-performance OSC devices.
