Investigating the efficiency of a novel visible light communication (VLC) modulation technique termed as polar fully generalised index-spatial (PFGIS) modulation for improving the spectral efficiency (SE) and bit error rate (BER) in multi-input multi-output (MIMO) optical polar based OFDM (MIMO-POFDM) systems.
