研究目的
To develop a novel encoding strategy for water-dispersed QDs molecularly imprinted polymers microspheres (MIPMs) for the quantitative detection of dopamine, aiming to simplify the preparation process of fluorescent imprinted sensors and enable high-throughput multiple analytes detection.
研究成果
The study successfully developed a novel encoding strategy for water-dispersed QDs MIPMs, enabling the fabrication of multi-color fluorescent sensors for dopamine detection. The method simplifies the preparation process and offers potential for high-throughput multiple analytes detection.
研究不足
The study focuses on dopamine detection, and the applicability to other analytes requires further investigation. The stability and leakage of QDs in different solvents need optimization.
1:Experimental Design and Method Selection
Combination of reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) polymerization and precipitation polymerization (RAFT-PP) to synthesize water-compatible MIPMs. Incorporation of five different QDs into MIPMs to create multi-color encoded MIPs.
2:Sample Selection and Data Sources
Dopamine (DA) as the template molecule. Various QDs (N-GQDs, CDs, 525-QDs, 585-QDs, 605-QDs) used for encoding.
3:List of Experimental Equipment and Materials
Field emission high resolution transmission electron microscope (FE-TEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), autosorb IOA3200-4 nitrogen adsorption apparatus, ultraviolet-visible spectrometry, fluorescence spectrometer.
4:Experimental Procedures and Operational Workflow
Synthesis of water-compatible MIPMs via RAFT-PP. Encoding process by incorporating QDs into MIPMs. Fabrication of monochromatic and ratiometric fluorescent sensors for DA detection.
5:Data Analysis Methods
Fluorescence intensity measurements for quantitative detection of DA. Stern-Volmer equation for quenching analysis.
