1:Experimental Design and Method Selection:
The Eu and Dy doped borophosphosilicate glass-ceramics were synthesized by melt quenching method.
2:Sample Selection and Data Sources:
Analytically pure reagents SiO2, H3BO3, NH4H2PO4, Al2O3, Na2CO3, and high purity rare earth oxides Eu2O3 (
3:99%) and Dy2O3 (99%) were used as raw materials. List of Experimental Equipment and Materials:
Atomic absorption spectrometer (AAS, Thermo Scientific, iCE 3500), inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometer (ICP-AES, Thermo PerkinElmer, IRIS Advantage Optima 7000DV), Shimadzu LabX XRD-6100 X-ray diffractometer, Nicolet iS10 spectrophotometer, Hitachi F-4600 fluorescent spectrometer, FLS1000 fluorescence spectrometer.
4:Experimental Procedures and Operational Workflow:
The raw materials were mixed, preheated, melted, quenched, and annealed.
5:Data Analysis Methods:
The content of components was measured, and the luminescence properties were analyzed using various spectrometers.
