研究目的
To propose two kinds of electrode fabrication processes that can be applied to most plastic films using kapton double-sided tape and gold leaf, addressing the difficulty in finding a common process for most types of plastics.
研究成果
The proposed processes are inexpensive and less time-consuming, suitable for producing electrodes on various types of plastic films. Despite some limitations, the advantages cover these shortcomings, and the processes are expected to be applicable in various fields.
研究不足
Difficulties in patterning sub 100 μm and breakage in the pressing process.
1:Experimental Design and Method Selection:
Two electrode fabrication processes were designed, one for plastic films with adhesive and another for films without adhesive, using kapton double-sided tape and gold leaf.
2:Sample Selection and Data Sources:
50 μm polyimide film and 50 μm polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film were used as substrates.
3:List of Experimental Equipment and Materials:
CO2 laser, mercury laser lamp, heated hydraulic press, double-sided kapton tape, gold leaf.
4:Experimental Procedures and Operational Workflow:
Patterning the tape with a CO2 laser, transferring the tape to the substrate, attaching gold leaf, and packaging with adhesive or heat press.
5:Data Analysis Methods:
Impedance and minimum line width were measured to test the usability of the processes.
