研究目的
Developing an express method of gas analysis for natural gas and its derivative mixtures using a portable Raman spectrometer connected to a hollow-core crystal photonic fiber.
研究成果
The developed technique allows for express quantitative measurement of natural gas composition with accuracy comparable to gas chromatography, but with much shorter analysis time and automatic processing of results.
研究不足
The technique requires further optimization for broader application and higher sensitivity under various conditions.
1:Experimental Design and Method Selection
Utilized a portable 532 nm Raman spectrometer connected to a hollow-core photonic crystal fiber for gas analysis.
2:Sample Selection and Data Sources
Used pure substances and calibration gas mixtures for analysis. Calibration gas mixtures were purchased from Linde Gas Rus.
3:List of Experimental Equipment and Materials
EnSpectr R532 Raman spectrometer by Enhanced Spectrometry Inc., GLOPhotonics Kagome-type hypocycloidal core fiber, precision balances LP64001 (Sartorius, Germany), Crystal-5000.2 gas chromatograph (SKB Chromatek, Russia).
4:Experimental Procedures and Operational Workflow
Gas samples were introduced into the photonic crystal fiber at preset overpressure. Raman spectra were obtained with a collecting time of 4 s at an excitation power of 20 mW.
5:Data Analysis Methods
An algorithm for calculating the concentration of gas components based on Raman spectroscopy data was developed, involving spectral processing and mixture normalization.
