研究目的
To investigate the effects of External Thermal Action (ETA) on the temperature field and mechanical properties of laser welded joints between high-strength B1500HS steel and Q235 steel.
研究成果
The study concludes that ETA significantly reduces the cooling rate of the weld and heat affected zone, prolongs the residence time above the phase transition temperature, and is conducive to the homogenization of austenite structure at high temperature. It also finds that the welding width under ETA is wider than conventional welding at the same power, and the welding speed should be between 2mm/s and 7mm/s to ensure penetration.
研究不足
The study focuses on the numerical simulation of temperature field and does not include experimental validation of the mechanical properties of the welded joints.
