The electrical property of chemically converted graphene (CCG) film is found to be lower than that of heat-treated GO film due to less overlapping of graphene sheets. The transmittance and sheet resistance of the TCF are 56 T% and 50 kohm/sq, respectively.

The study involves the preparation of GO sheets using Hummer’s method, followed by chemical and heat reduction processes. The properties of the resulting materials are investigated through TEM, four-point measurement, and optical measurements.
