研究目的
To elaborate a simple method of fabrication of TiO2/SrTiO3 composite in the form of thin but porous film on FTO substrate for photocatalytic applications.
研究成果
The FTO/TiO2/SrTiO3 composite showed enhanced photocatalytic activity for 4-chlorophenol degradation under UV irradiation, attributed to the formation of a TiO2/SrTiO3 interface that suppresses electron-hole recombination. The side product SrSiO3 exhibited excellent adsorption properties for methylene blue, suggesting potential bifunctional applications in water purification.
研究不足
The process of glass dissolution leading to co-deposition of SrSiO3, which was mitigated by protecting the back side of the sample with a Teflon tape.
