The developed dry transfer method successfully enables the stacking of centimeter-sized graphene onto water-sensitive CH3NH3PbI3 thin films with a rough surface. The graphene/perovskite interface is clean and supports efficient charge transfer, making it suitable for fabricating high-performance photodetectors. This method provides a scalable pathway for incorporating graphene in multilayer optoelectronic devices based on water-sensitive materials.
