研究目的
To design novel microstructures with piezoelectric properties (microresonators) for controlling the effectiveness of fluid flow in micro-hydro-mechanical devices for biomedical/biochemical purposes.
研究成果
The study successfully designed and characterized novel microresonators with piezoelectric properties using PZT and different binders (PVB, PMMA, PS). The PMMA/PZT and PS/PZT microresonators showed superior performance in terms of piezoresistive characteristics, current-voltage characteristics, and mechanical properties. The integration of these microresonators into microfluidic devices could enhance fluid flow control and reduce air bubbles between liquid plugs. Future research could explore additional binders and composite materials for further optimization.
研究不足
The study focused on the design and characterization of microresonators with specific binders in a PZT matrix. Potential areas for optimization include the integration of these microresonators into practical microfluidic devices and the exploration of additional binders or composite materials for enhanced performance.
