The study successfully demonstrates the generation of nearly flattop ultra-broadband response using a single PS domain in a periodic QPM device. The PS domain included QPM structure shows higher temperature tolerance in maintaining the smoothness of the broadband response compared to a periodic device. The same ultra-broadband response can be achieved by introducing multiple PS domains at suitable locations.

The study is theoretical and does not include experimental validation. The sensitivity of the OPG spectrum to the location and width of the PS domain, as well as to temperature, may pose challenges in practical applications.
