研究目的
To develop red-emitting double perovskite phosphors La2ATiO6:Bi3+, Mn4+ (A = Mg, Zn) and discuss the relationship between double perovskite phosphors structure and luminescence performance in detail, aiming to enhance the internal quantum efficiency (IQE) and thermal stability for application in pc-WLEDs.
研究成果
The Bi3+→Mn4+ energy transfer strategy significantly enhances the red emission efficiency and thermal stability of the phosphors, making them promising candidates for n-UV based warm pc-WLEDs. The study provides a new insight into the design of highly efficient red-emitting phosphors through local structure symmetry and energy transfer optimization.
研究不足
The study focuses on the specific system of La2ATiO6:Bi3+, Mn4+ (A = Mg, Zn) and may not be directly applicable to other phosphor systems. The synthesis requires high temperature and may not be cost-effective for large-scale production.
