研究目的
Investigating the rapid immunological detection of copper ions using fluorescence immunochromatographic assay for the monitoring of heavy metal pollution.
研究成果
The FICA method was specific, stable, and sensitive, allowing for the rapid detection of copper content in herbal plants, soil, and water samples. It met the requirements of rapid onsite detection and could be an efficient, convenient, accurate, and inexpensive new method for detecting heavy metals.
研究不足
Sample pre-treatment remains a challenge for rapid detection of heavy metals due to their existing form of solid compounds in actual environmental samples. The interference of matrix in complex samples and the stability of fluorescence immunochromatographic test strips need optimization.
1:Experimental Design and Method Selection:
Developed a one-step fluorescence immunochromatographic assay (FICA) using fluorescent microspheres-labelled monoclonal antibody (McAb) probe.
2:Sample Selection and Data Sources:
Herbal plants and soil samples were pre-treated by microwave digestion combined with cation exchange solid phase extraction.
3:List of Experimental Equipment and Materials:
Included polystyrene nano fluorescent microspheres, EDC, NHS, nitrocellulose membrane, glass fibre mat, and dedicated diluted solution.
4:Experimental Procedures and Operational Workflow:
Prepared immunochromatographic test strips, established FICA, and evaluated its repeatability, specificity, and stability.
5:Data Analysis Methods:
Used SPSS program for correlation analysis to evaluate the reliability of FICA.
