The PDF of the antenna reflection coefficient at the specification limit is a non-linearly scaled mirrored version of the PDF of the variation of the antenna resonance. There is a good correlation between the measured and the simulated PDFs, indicating the reliability of the simulation model. The quality level of massive MIMO antenna arrays is determined by the worst-performing antenna, necessitating stricter design targets for individual antennas as the number of antennas in the module increases.
