研究目的
To develop a low-cost, high-performance SERS substrate for point of care applications using a smartphone-based Raman analyzer.
研究成果
The paper-based SERS chips demonstrated good sensitivity, repeatability, and stability, with detection limits of 1 pmol for RH6G and 10 pmol for CV and MG. The microporous structure and flexible property of the ANFM enable it to serve as a multi-functional platform in SERS-based POCT applications, including solid-liquid separation, small molecule purification, and swabbing acquisition of analytes. The manufacturing cost of the SERS chip is greatly reduced by the simplified preparation strategy, making it suitable for industrial mass production and practical application in the field of POCT.
研究不足
The sensitivity achieved by the current system is not as good as other delicate SERS substrates when using large scale desktop Raman instruments. The detection limit is sufficient for most current POCT analysis in real market but may not meet the requirements for applications requiring higher sensitivity.
