1:Experimental Design and Method Selection:
The study involved the fabrication of TiO2 thin films on FTO glass using a doctor blade technique and sintering at 450°C. The films were characterized for morphology, particle size, and crystallinity using SEM, XRD, and UV-Vis spectrophotometry. PEC testing was conducted to measure photoelectroactivity with and without oxalic acid in different electrolytes.

TiO2 (P25 Degussa) was used as the photocatalyst, with oxalic acid as the sacrificial donor. Electrolytes included distilled water and Na2SO4 aqueous solution.
