研究目的
Investigating the probability of the ionization of impurities in graphene with a gap in its energy spectrum under the influence of co-directional constant and alternating electric fields.
研究成果
The probability of impurity ionization in graphene increases with the frequency and amplitude of an alternating electric field and the intensity of a constant electric field. Analytical expressions for ionization probability under strong alternating fields were derived, and conditions for frequency independence of ionization probability were identified.
研究不足
The study is theoretical and relies on the quasiclassical approximation, which may not capture all quantum effects. The applicability is limited to conditions where the quasiclassical approach is valid.
