研究目的
The purpose of this work was to study the influence of the characteristics of porous silicon on the morphology of silver particles electrochemically deposited into it.
研究成果
The parameters of por-Si important for creating composites (geometric and functional) are discussed. It is shown that with an increase in the anodizing time, the wetting angle of the surface significantly increases. It has been shown that by controlling the parameters of porous silicon only and under the same electrochemical cathodic conditions of silver deposition, one can control the morphology of silver precipitates. The growth mechanisms and possible applications of the obtained composites are discussed.
1:Experimental Design and Method Selection:
Porous silicon was obtained by the method of electrochemical anodic etching of monocrystalline silicon in a water-alcohol solution of HF. The precipitation of silver was performed by the method of cathodic electrochemical deposition from a water-alcohol solution of AgNO3 in a 3-electrode cell.
2:Sample Selection and Data Sources:
The technological conditions and measured parameters of por-Si layers are summarized in Table I.
3:List of Experimental Equipment and Materials:
The potentiostat-galvanostat Elins PI-50-Pro-3 was used to control the process parameters.
4:Experimental Procedures and Operational Workflow:
The deposition potential of the relative reference electrode was 700 mV; the deposition time was 1 min.
5:Data Analysis Methods:
The wettability properties were studied by measuring the contact angle; distilled water was used as a diagnostic fluid. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to study the morphology and texture of porous silicon and silver clusters.
