1:Experimental Design and Method Selection:
This prospective interventional study used enhanced depth imaging optical coherence tomography (EDI-OCT) and optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) to analyze choroidal changes after hf-PDT in chronic CSC patients. Image J software was employed for binarization and area calculations.
2:Sample Selection and Data Sources:
48 eyes of 41 patients with chronic CSC were included, with exclusion criteria such as symptom duration less than 3 months, previous PDT, and other ocular diseases. Data were collected from the Ophthalmology Department of Ankara University School of Medicine.

Patients underwent ophthalmic examinations including BCVA, slit-lamp biomicroscopy, dilated fundus exam, SD-OCT, and OCTA at baseline and 1, 3, 6 months post-hf-PDT. PDT was administered with half-fluence protocol. Image analysis involved manual border setting and binarization with Niblack method.
5:Data Analysis Methods:
Statistical analysis used paired-sample t-test, Wilcoxon test, and SPSS software (version 15.0) with significance at p < 0.05.
