The OCT findings in the reported cases are consistent with literature, showing sloped and reflective anterior tumor surface, retinal disorganization, and posterior shadowing. FAF revealed hypoautofluorescence at the tumor area and isoautofluorescence elsewhere, which is a novel finding for melanocytomas. This suggests FAF could be a useful tool for diagnosis and follow-up in suspicious cases, potentially reducing misdiagnosis, but further studies with larger samples are needed to confirm these patterns.
