研究目的
探究ICPB对硝酸盐的还原效率，研究组合系统中原位培养生物膜的微生物群落变化，并利用紧密耦合系统阐明硝酸盐还原机制。
研究成果
本研究提出了一种将可见光诱导光催化剂TiO2/g-C3N4与原位培养生物膜紧密结合的硝酸盐水还原处理方案。该耦合系统在无需添加额外化学试剂的情况下，16小时内实现了40.3%的硝酸盐去除率及86.3%的氮气选择性。生物膜微生物群落经优化后更有利于反硝化作用。
研究不足
该研究未探究不同类型生物膜下ICPB体系的硝酸盐还原性能，未解析微生物群落结构与反硝化效率的关系，也未将ICPB的应用拓展至各类水环境的修复。

生物膜原位培养于金川河城市河流中涂覆TiO2/g-C3N4的海绵载体上。

使用TiO2粉末和双氰胺合成TiO2/g-C3N4光催化剂复合材料。

去除实验采用含营养物和硝酸钾的100 mL溶液进行。
5：数据分析方法：
硝酸盐浓度通过离子色谱法测定，实验溶液中的亚硝酸盐和铵含量采用连续流动自动分析仪测定。
