The study successfully optimized CO2 laser cutting parameters for AISI 304 stainless steel sheets, achieving minimum kerf width. The optimal parameters were found to be a laser power of 2571 watts, cutting speed of 5498 mm/min, and gas pressure of 0.899 Mpa, resulting in a top kerf width of 0.4033mm and a bottom kerf width of 0.3246mm.
