To address the toxicity and theoretical efficiency limitation of lead perovskite by developing tin perovskite solar cells with higher open-circuit voltage and efficiency.

The use of ICBA as ETL improves the voltage of the device to 0.94 V, significantly higher than that of the device using PCBM as ETL (0.6 V). The device based on ICBA demonstrates an unprecedentedly high efficiency of 12.4%, which is almost 30% higher than the highest efficiency reported up to now.

The efficiency decay under longer time illumination might be ascribed to the ion migration or accumulation of carriers at the interface.

Utilized indene-C60 bisadduct as an electron transporting material to suppress carrier concentration increase and reduce interface carriers recombination.
