The proposed SNR BIA mechanism significantly improves the achievable sum rate and is more robust to user mobility compared to existing BIA mechanisms. The joint optimization of transmitter connections and user grouping scheme effectively reduces noise accumulation and improves the overall degree of freedom in multi-cell networks.
