The study numerically investigates a design of narrowband PAMS, showing that the absorption is insensitive to the polarization and strip angle, and the FWHMs decrease with the decreasing of split width. When the thickness of biarc structure and bottom layer is larger than 50nm, the narrow band and high absorption are insensitive to the thickness of those layers. This study can be used for THz imaging and detection design.
