研究目的
To review the recent progress in the development of thin polymer films fabricated on the surfaces of various 2D nanomaterials for high-performance photoelectronic devices, with an emphasis on control of the molecular and crystalline structures of the polymers on the 2D surface.
研究成果
The review summarizes the progress on semi-crystalline photoelectronic polymer/2D heterostructures, including F-based insulating polymers for dielectric, piezoelectric, and ferroelectric 2D-based devices and various semiconducting polymers for photo-absorbing, detecting, carrier transporting, and emitting devices. It indicates the importance of controlling the hierarchical molecular and crystalline structures of semi-crystalline polymers on 2D nanomaterials for ensuring efficient device performance.
研究不足
The performance of the devices with the heterostructures is limited, mainly because of the difficulty of controlling the molecular structures of the polymers on the 2D surface.
