The study successfully demonstrates the performance of nano-scale logic gates based on graphene nano-waveguides coupled through a nano-ribbon resonator. The proposed logic gates show promising results with an extinction ratio of about 8 dB between ON and OFF logic states. The tunability of the gates via change in chemical potential and their dynamic behavior are also explored, indicating potential for terahertz applications.
