研究目的
The aim of the article is to present therapeutic effects of combined therapy with neodymium–yttrium–aluminum garnet (Nd:YAG), carbon dioxide (CO2) and fractional CO2 laser in two patients with severe rhinophyma.

Laser therapy (Nd:YAG, CO2, and fractional CO2 laser) for rhinophyma allows for hemostasis, layer-by-layer skin cutting, does not cause complications, can be performed in outpatient care, achieves good cosmetic effects, and is well tolerated by patients.

The study is limited to two cases, which may not represent the broader population of patients with rhinophyma. The long-term efficacy and potential side effects of the laser treatment were not extensively studied.
