The study makes a powerful case for imaging excised fetal hearts with phase-contrast CT. Future studies will hopefully involve greater sample sizes and hearts with discrete defects, allowing clear correlations to be made between microstructure and anatomy.
研究不足
The principal limitation of DTI lies in its limited spatial resolution. The study is also limited by the anecdotal nature of the report, making it difficult to correlate the detected changes in microstructure with a specific anatomical abnormality.
