1:Experimental Design and Method Selection:
A prospective longitudinal study was conducted to evaluate the correlation between structural and functional changes in glaucoma using Spectralis OCT with follow-up mode and SAP.

230 glaucoma patients were enrolled, with 131 eyes of 100 patients meeting the inclusion criteria after exclusions.
