研究目的
To determine the feasibility of employing SERS technology for simultaneous detection of multi-class insecticides residues in peach fruit, one of the most prevalent and extensively consumed fruits.
研究成果
The SERS technology based on Au@Ag NPs substrate was successfully used to detect thiacloprid, profenofos, and oxamyl in standard solutions and peach extracts with high sensitivity and good recovery. The method achieved low LODs and demonstrated potential for simultaneous detection of multiple pesticide residues in real food samples, offering a rapid and sensitive analytical method for food safety evaluation.
研究不足
The presence of non-targeted components in peach extracts may interfere with the accuracy of quantitative analysis and sensitivity for qualitative analysis. Challenges include the adsorption of non-targeted components onto the active sites of SERS substrate and their own Raman scattering signals interfering with target molecule spectra.
