To synthesize new series of polysiloxane copolymer through hydrosilylation reaction based on different levels of crosslink densities and phenyl content for high brightness LED encapsulant.

The synthesized polysiloxane copolymers with phenyl rings and high crosslink densities exhibit high refractive index, hardness, adhesion strength, and transparency, making them ideal candidates for high brightness LED encapsulant. They also show low water absorption and gas permeability, and maintain stability under thermal and UV aging.
