研究目的
To compare the photovoltaic characterizations, reproducibility, and stability results of solar cells fabricated using CH3NH3PbI3 and CH3NH3PbI3-xClx perovskite compounds.
研究成果
CH3NH3PbI3 perovskite solar cells showed higher photovoltaic performance after 24 hours, better time stability in inert atmosphere, and more reproducible results compared to CH3NH3PbI3-xClx perovskite solar cells.
研究不足
The study focuses on the comparison between CH3NH3PbI3 and CH3NH3PbI3-xClx perovskite compounds under specific conditions. The reproducibility and stability results are based on a limited time frame (24 to 48 hours).
1:Experimental Design and Method Selection:
Spin-coating technique was used to prepare perovskite layers, followed by heat treatment. The solvent washing method was chosen to prepare CH3NH3PbI3 perovskite layer.
2:Sample Selection and Data Sources:
Commercially available ITO-coated glasses were used as substrates.
3:List of Experimental Equipment and Materials:
Materials were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich, Acros Organics, Solaronix, Luminescence Technology or Shenzhen Feiming Science and Technology.
4:Experimental Procedures and Operational Workflow:
Substrates were cleaned, treated with oxygen plasma, coated with PEDOT:PSS, then with perovskite compounds, PCBM, and finally with Al electrodes.
5:Data Analysis Methods:
Morphological analyses were carried out by AFM, structural analyses by XRD, and photovoltaic J-V characteristics were tested under N2 ambient.
