Nitrogen gas pressure is the most influential factor on the overall output variables, contributing about 54.62%, followed by nozzle standoff at 27.69%. Average power has the lowest contribution at 2.98%. The optimal parametric combination for minimum taper angle, spatter diameter, and recast layer is A3B1C3 (4KW, 2mm, 10 bar).
