研究目的
To report the synthesis and photophysical characterization of a novel series of amino acid-derived β-keto esters and benzazole moieties connected by a triazole-4-carboxylate linker by organocatalytic enamine-azide [3+2] cycloaddition and to study their interaction with CT-DNA and BSA in solution for optical sensor purposes.
研究成果
A series of amino acid-derived triazoles were synthesized by an organocatalytic cycloaddition reaction. These compounds presented absorption and emission located in the UV-A region with a relatively large Stokes shift. The benzoxazole derivatives presented much higher fluorescence quantum yield values compared to the sulfur analogues. The compounds showed strong interaction with CT-DNA and BSA, with docking studies performed to better understand the interactions.
研究不足
The technical and application constraints of the experiments, as well as potential areas for optimization, are not explicitly mentioned in the paper.
